Pastoral Residency Program
A Pastoral Residency at Pepperell is a three-year track for those called to vocational ministry, designed to equip the next generation of ministry leaders. Through a combination of tangible ministry experiences at Pepperell and a seminary education earned in partnership with Christ Our Redeemer Seminary, residents participate in a holistic formation process designed to shape them further into the image of Christ. Biblical and theological study is combined with heart-level mentoring and practical ministry experience. This combination aims to graduate residents equipped to handle the complexities of ministry in our ever-changing world.
